Just Sayin’

A little birdie told me She really wishes someone would make this:


1 box pudding cake mix, yellow
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 can Coco Lopez cream of coconut
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1 pkg. frozen coconut
Bake cake in a 10 x 13 inch pan as directed on package. While still warm poke holes in top of cake with a fork and pour Eagle Brand milk over cake. Let cool. When cool, pour 1 cup Coco Lopez cream of coconut on cake. Ice with Cool Whip and sprinkle frozen coconut on top. Refrigerate at least overnight. It’s even better after 2 or 3 days of refrigeration “if you can wait”. The extra time of refrigeration gives more moisture.

  1. That sounds rich and easy at the same time! It’s a shame about all the coconut. 😀

    I hope someone can take a hint – and that the someone has thumbs to work a can opener (for the Eagle Brand).
