One of the selling points of this house was the sunroom that had been added to the front. It gave a panoramic view of the front pasture and mature pine trees. However, it is not the most well-made sunroom and is now probably 20-30 years old. So, “He” and “She” have decided the room must be replaced. Here is a picture of the room as it looked when the house was bought.
Unfortunately, the room began to leak near the roofline of the house, due to the extremely clogged gutters. This was the catalyst for the decision to demo the sunroom. It has since been removed, and plans are being made for an addition to the house which will have a porch and craftsman influences. Additional pictures to follow as progress is made.
Oh, how sad. I’ve always wanted a sunroom myself. One day. Hope you get to enjoy the new addition soon.
